test program.
basic_dump.exe
The "basic_dump.exe"
is the WinPCap official test program, it is command-line
exe file, please open the "command line" windows,
then run it,you maybe get the windows(see pic below),
then input 1 or 2 to check if you can capture packet.

from "Control Panel -> Add/Delete Programs")
3.copy the adapter list(see
pic below)
4.Run URL Helper and sniff
network, check the "Receive packets", are they
increasing?
